3 Amazing Uses of Fenugreek Microgreens

3 Amazing Uses of Fenugreek Microgreens

Fully grown homegrown fenugreek microgreens in a grow tray.

The limited edition Fragrant Fenugreek Seed Quilt is one not to miss!  Fenugreek microgreens are aromatic, juicy, and a staple ingredient in Indian cuisine.  Use your homegrown fenugreek microgreens fresh, frozen, or dried for an amazing digestive aid and unique flavor addition.

To use fresh, harvest from your HAMAMA Grow Kit and eat right away!  To freeze, simply place your harvested microgreens in a tupperware or baggie and put in the freezer for later use in smoothies or stir-fries. To dry, spread your microgreens on a sheet and bake at the lowest temperature setting for 20 minutes. Then mix into sauces, use for tea, or sprinkle on top of dishes as a spice!

Of course I think fresh is always best - so here are a few of my favorite ways to use my homegrown fenugreek microgreens so far.

- 1 handful fresh mint
