Lettuce Cups For A Quick Healthy Snack

Full of protein and guaranteed to give you a boost. These lettuce cups won't disappoint!
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp pepper
- ½ cup vegan cheese (shredded)
- 1 lettuce wedge
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped bell peppers or ½ cup shredded carrots
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup HAMAMA microgreens
In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Take the ½ cup of vegan cheese, then pour and mix into turkey.
Take a palm sized bunch of turkey and roll them into patties.
Cook on an olive oiled pan on medium heat. (3-4 minutes per side)
Take lettuce wedge and lear off whole leaves for the cups.
Then add your toppings (avocado, cut cherry tomatoes, carrots/bell peppers)
