Enjoy each flavorful bite with your favorite combinations. 😜 Finally, include a fun combination of Spicy Daikon Radish & Hot Wasabi Mustard microgreens, which pair beautifully together. 


- 1 Chicken breast
- 2 Tablespoons homemade Sriracha Mayo
- Butter lettuce, romaine, red leaf, or perilla leaves
- Kimchi, Sriracha mayo and gochujang as sides
- 1/2 Seed Quilt of Spicy Daikon Radish & Hot Wasabi Mustard HAMAMA microgreens




  1. Clean and pat dry boneless & skinless chicken breast, brush on half of the Sriracha mayo on one side.
  2. Put in air fryer (on foil) for 20 @400°F, flip over at 10 minutes and brush on the remaining mayo. Check for internal temp to reach 165°F. I flip one more time to develop the yummy crispy edges. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Prep your favorite greens to use as wraps for each bite - butter lettuce, romaine, red leaf, perilla leaves are just some options.
  4. Trim your fresh microgreens, daikon & Wasabi are a great flavor combo. Sides of kimchi, Sriracha mayo and gochujang.
