Tomorrow’s lunch! Chopped veggies with a sesame ginger dressing 🤤


Camille Richman_Chopped Salad To-Go

Ingredients:

Salad:
- Cup of cilantro
- Cup of cabbage
- Cup of red pepper
- Half a hot wasabi mustard Seed Quilt
- Cup of snap peas
- Sesame seeds sprinkled over everything!

Dressing:
- Toasted sesame oil
- Soy sauce
- Minced ginger and garlic
- Green onions
- Sriracha

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Wash, prep and chop all vegetables
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and toast almonds for 3-5 minutes or until slightly browned and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
  3. Combine all ingredients together and toss with dressing.
  4. Top with toasted almonds, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
