My favorite part of our Hamama Community is all the great recipe ideas I get from my fellow Hamama friends-- so I'd like to share one of my own. I love the benefits of wheatgrass but do not own a juicer, so I went to work on experimenting making a smoothie with a blender, or a Magic Bullet, which is my staple in the kitchen. Here is my recipe and pictures to go along. I am so surprised at how good this tastes. And so easy to make.
· 1 bunch of freshly harvested Hamama wheatgrass
· 1 piece of lemon
· 1 – 2 pieces of Nectarine (the more nectarine, the sweeter the taste)
· 3 carrot sticks
· ½ cup water
Throw everything in the blender (Magic Bullet) add a bit of water and blend. The more you blend, the finer the smoothie. I like mine a bit thicker. It feels like I’m eating/drinking a meal.

That sounds really good, and I imagine any fruit or green will work perfectly!! Have to start experimenting!! Thank you for sharing!
