Makes: Serves 2-4  


The uses for your Hamama microgreens are endless! How can we move from the dinner and lunch category to dessert? Well here’s how! Use your choice of microgreens to create this healthy and delicious mousse as the perfect guilt-free ending to your next meal.



  • 2 generous handfuls of microgreens (Your choice but sweeter greens will taste better! I chose broccoli. Kale and Cabbage would also be great options)!
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk of any kind (Make it vegan with oat, almond, or coconut milk!)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds
  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey, to taste
  • Your choice of garnish! (mint, microgreens, chocolate..etc)


  1. Blend all ingredients until nice and smooth
  2. Serve in a small dessert dish
  3. Top with your choice of garnish
