Get your hands on these crispy, crunchy pretzel covered, honey mustard chicken fingers! Each bite has a tangy, sweet, and spicy flavor that you just can’t resist! And the amazing crunchy texture...yes please! Add a side of broccoli, sweet potato waffle fries & your favorite microgreens to top it off (the wasabi mustard were soo yummy paired with this!)


  • 2 pounds Boneless Chicken Tenders
  • 2 cups Gluten Free Salted Pretzel Twist (finely crushed)
  • ΒΌ cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ΒΌ cup Plain YogurtΒ 
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Β½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Olive Oil (to brush over the chicken)
  • Garnish: Hamama Microgreens, your favorite dipping sauce, other yummy sides like roasted broccoli and waffle fries to fill your belly.


  1. Preheat the oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Get out a medium size bowl and add the chicken with the honey, yogurt and mustard and combine well until covered.Β 
  3. In a separate bowl, add in your dry ingredients, pretzel crumbs, pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder. Mix together well.
  4. Add the chicken to the pretzel mix and cover all over. Place each piece of chicken on the pan with some space in between and gently rub some olive oil all over each piece.
  5. Add your chicken fingers to the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Once ready, let cook and serve with your sides and of course your hamama microgreens! :D
