Customer Support Team Member
Hamama empowers anyone to grow healthy, sustainable food at home no matter the season, location, or their skill level. Hamama's just-add-water Grow Kit makes growing superfood microgreens at home easier than making a cup of tea.
We are looking for a team member to join us at our San Francisco headquarters.
Answer customer support inquiries via computer (and sometimes phone) to make sure customers are happy with our products and services!
Interest helping out in other facets of the business when needed is a must. This is a small team with point people for different responsibilities such as manufacturing, packaging, and fulfillment. You will be point person on customer service but may be needed to contribute to fulfillment and packaging from time to time assuming customer support duties are under control!
Friendly and professional etiquette
Prior customer service experience a plus
Interest in healthy living and/or gardening a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills
Good oral and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly
Strong organizational skills
Team player with the ability to think and act independently
Strong organization and follow up skills
Full time, 9-5 on weekdays, $17/hr
