You can add a custom gift note that will appear on the packing slip with your order. Please note this message is limited to 70 characters.

Can I add gift wrap?

Yes! Hamama has beautiful gift box options for your Microgreen Kit gifts. You will have the option to add gift wrap at checkout.

Can I customize the ship date?

You will have the option to select a custom ship date at checkout if you'd like to hold your order.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically process and ship within 5 business days, unless you have selected a custom ship date at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships we'll send you an email with the tracking information. Make sure to use your email address when placing the order so you can receive the tracking notifications.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! You can upgrade your shipping service at checkout for expedited shipping, however, please note that standard processing times still apply for fulfillment.

How do I sign up my gift recipient for growing support emails?

You can send this link: https://www.hamama.com/pages/mygift to your giftee, or with their permission enter their email so they can receive our Grow Coach Support emails for growing their 1st Seed Quilt. We recommend you add their email right when they would be starting to grow so that the timing on the "When to Peel" and "When to Harvest" emails is perfect! 💌

Can I ship multiple gifts to different addresses?

Each order ships to one address only. If you have multiple addresses to ship to, please create a separate order for each.

Can I make a change to an order?

We're so sorry - once an order is processed we are unable to make any changes to it. You can reach out to Hamama Happiness Team at hamama.com/help for further assistance.

Do the Seed Quilts need to be planted right away?

Our ungrown Seed Quilts last well over a year so they can be tucked away into your secret hiding place until it's time to gift them to the recipient. 🤫

Our general recommendations for storing your Seed Quilts and gift sets are to keep them in a cool, dark place like your pantry or closet! Mainly, just watch out for prolonged exposure to heat & humidity while storing, as that may slightly lessen the seed’s viability.

Is my gift a subscription or one-time purchase?

All gifts on the Hamama Holiday Shop page are one-time purchases only. You can explore our auto-delivery options here.

How can my giftee re-order seeds?

We have several options ranging from 3 seed quilts a month to 36 seed quilts at one time based on how many you'd like to get. All of these options can be purchased with or without an auto-delivery subscription. With the subscription, the same amount of seeds is sent automatically at your chosen frequency.

You can change seed quilt flavors, adjust your shipping frequency, skip months, and cancel at any time! You get a better value if you sign up for the subscription but you are more than welcome to grab them as a one-time purchase instead.
