Hi Hamama Friends!
Hi Hamama Friends!
To all the bird lovers in our Hamama community . . . . today is 'Bird Day!!'
The first Bird day was celebrated over 100 years ago in 1894 by Charles Almanzo Babcock. Birds day is a day to admire our feathered friends as well as to talk about the ways that we can help preserve all bird species for future generations.

🌱 Did you know that microgreens are great for your birds because the fiber tends to break down easier than full-grown plants & it cleanses their digestive tracts while giving them the right nutrients!
🌱 Microgreens are full of Omega 3’s, minerals and fiber, vitamins, and anti-cancer polyphenols.¹ You can read more about birds and microgreens on our Hamama Pets: Our Furry, Feathered, & Scaly Friends blog post!

Our very own Carolyn, shows a little extra love to her chickens by treating them to fresh microgreens served in a Papaya! Just look at how happy they are!
