Recipe: Pear & Pecan Sharing Salad Author: Allie, Hamama Happiness Team Member Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: N/A Makes: Serves 4-6 (as side salads) This lovely pear and pecan salad will easily become a favorite Autumn recipe! It’s a lovely mix of fresh mixed greens, sweet pears, toasted nuts, salty feta cheese, and crunchy celery and apple. A perfect sharing salad to compliment any meal! Ingredients: 12-16 oz of your favorite mixed greens (Spring mix, spinach, arugula, kale) ½ cup of toasted pecans or walnuts ¼ cup of dried cranberries or dried cherries ½ cup of celery, chopped Red onion, thinly sliced to taste ¼ cup of crumbled feta cheese or shaved parmesan 1 ripe (but not overly ripe) pear, diced (I leave the skin on!) ¼ cup of diced apple ¼ cup of chopped cilantro, more or less to taste Handful of your favorite Hamama Microgreens (I used Super Salad mix) Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette - Store bought or homemade Instructions: Make the Vinaigrette (skip if using store-bought!)
