Author: Carolyn Severin, Hamama Success Team Member Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Makes: 4 servings Why eat a boring breakfast when you can make this fancy (but easy) Black Truffle Burrata Toast with Fresh Herb Vinaigrette?! It only takes 10 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to cook & assemble. Enjoy the creamy smooth avocado and burrata cheese with crispy crunchy sourdough toast topped with a flavorful vinaigrette and fresh Hamama microgreens! Ingredients: 4 slices sourdough bread Olive oil, to drizzle on bread 2 avocados, halved and sliced 8 oz black truffle burrata cheese Fresh Herb Vinaigrette: ½ cup extra virgin olive oil 3 tbsp white or regular balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp honey 1-2 small garlic cloves, minced ¼ cup basil, chopped 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped Garnish: Hamama microgreens Sunflower seeds Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350° F and get out a baking sheet. Add sourdough slices onto it and drizzle each piece with olive oil. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. While the bread is in the oven, make the Fresh Herbed Vinaigrette. Combine all dressing ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Taste and adjust as needed. Set aside until ready to use. Add slices of toast to a serving plate and let cool for a minute. To assemble, top each piece of toast with sliced avocado and burrata cheese, a drizzle of vinaigrette and fresh microgreens, sunflower seeds and salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!
