Broccamole

Recipe: Broccamole!

Makes: 4-6 Servings (double the recipe to make more!)
Have an at-home fiesta with this tasty and fun broccamole recipe! .
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped broccoli, steamed
- ½ fresh lime
- 2 large avocados, or 3 medium avocados
- ½ small red onion, diced
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Sea salt - to taste
- Ground pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Steam broccoli until tender and allow to cool
- In a food processor, add broccoli and process until very fine.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, mash the avocado with a fork, and combine the broccoli with avocado mixture.
- Garnish with Hamama Hearty Broccoli microgreens and a bit more fresh cilantro
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Serve up with crunchy blue corn tortilla chips

Tip! You can also enjoy this healthy broccamole as a topping on your fresh green salad or on Allie’s Falafel Tacos!
