We have another microgreen pesto to love! This version includes a mixture of celery leaves and savory celery microgreens to give it a deliciously unique taste. Add this pesto to pasta, bread, pizza… you name it! You can also freeze it to save for later. It’s amazing!


  • ¼ cup savory celery microgreens

  • ¼ cup celery leaves

  • ¼ cup flat leaf parsley

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 large garlic clove

  • 2 tbsp parmesan

  • ¾ tsp lemon juice


  • Add all of your ingredients except the olive oil to a food processor or high-speed blender. 
  • Blend briefly then slowly stream in the olive oil until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Once your pesto is ready you can serve it right away or store it in your fridge! Another thing you can do is freeze it into an ice cube tray. It’s the perfect way to keep it fresh until you need it!
