This Cherry Berry Blast Cabbage Smoothie will help you blast through your day! It not only packs a purplicious punch, but is loaded with immunity boosting antioxidants and superfood plant powers! Throw in a scoop of your favorite protein powder to enhance the benefits.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of your favorite plant-based milk - (I use toasted coconut-almond milk!)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen dark sweet cherries
  • 1 scoop of your favorite plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Hamama Refreshing Cabbage microgreens

Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to your high-powered blender and blend until well-combined.
  2. Pour into a glass, add a fun stainless steel straw, and enjoy the purple power!

Hi Laura!

So sorry for the confusion! Yes, the microgreens are to be blended with the rest of the ingredients :) The garnish on top is optional. Great question!

wondering if you actually put the microgreens in the blender or simply add to the top so it isn’t actually inside the smoothie? I did not think there was enough water in the microgreens to blend but could be wrong..the pictures show it on the top
