Cilantro Lime Salmon

Sweet and citrusy, these marinated salmon are a great meal for you and your loved one! With just a few simple steps & some rice or vegetables on the side, this meal is something you can whip up without taking up your evening. Don’t forget to garnish with your new Hamama Culinary Cilantro Microgreens to give your meal an extra fresh taste you will love!

Ingredients:

The Instructions:

  1. Mix olive oil, honey, lime juice, salt and pepper, and 1/8 section of freshly harvested cilantro microgreens into a bag or container to marinate the salmon.
  2. Cut salmon into two or three sections, let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Place on a rack in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  4. Remove immediately and serve with rice and veggies.
  5. Garnish with more Hamama Cilantro microgreens and some additional juice.
