If you are looking for a quick and easy appetizer for any occasion, this Crab Stuffed Mushrooms recipe is perfect! Each bite has the perfect blend of flavors and is great with a nice garnish of your favorite Hamama microgreens.


  • 12 button Mushrooms (a good size to stuff with filling)
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs (I chose gluten free)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • ½ cup Green Onions (chopped finely)
  • ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped finely)
  • 1 cup Crab Meat (any will do)
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil
  • Microgreens for Garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 375. Get out a baking pan and lightly add a little olive oil to the pan.
  2. Clean your mushrooms and take the stems out of each of them and place on the baking pan.
  3. Combine in a mixing bowl your crab, cream cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, green onions, worcestershire, parmesan and parsley.
  4. Scoop enough mixture to fit in each mushroom.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes. Before taking the stuffed mushrooms out you can turn on the broiler for a minute to crisp the top of each one.
  6. Once ready, let cool and serve with fresh microgreens on top and enjoy!
