Creamy Chicken and Oyster Mushrooms

This creamy chicken and oyster mushroom dish is satisfying any night of the week! Seasoned pan-seared chicken with umami mushrooms and a nice creamy finish. It's delicious, especially when served over rice or pasta. This is one recipe you'll make time and time again!



  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups oyster mushrooms, torn into strips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Cooked pasta or rice for serving





  1. Coat the chicken tenderloins in pepper, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Add oil to a medium-heat pan and cook chicken for 3 minutes on each side. 
  2. Remove chicken and add butter and garlic to the same pan. Saute the garlic for 1-2 minutes then add shredded mushrooms. Toss and cook down for 2-3 additional minutes. 
  3. Stir in  heavy cream, cheese, and chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken back into the pan, cover and cook on low-medium heat for an additional 10 minutes. 
  5. Serve on its own, over pasta or with rice. Top with your favorite fresh microgreens & enjoy!
