It’s smoothie season! The best part about smoothies is that the variations are endless. This creamy coconut-banana-honey smoothie is cool, refreshing & decadent-tasting while being healthy & nourishing. You’ll definitely want this one to be a part of your regular smoothie rotation :) 


  • 1-2 bananas, frozen
  • ¾ cup coconut milk, or milk of choice (may need more for desired consistency)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • Spoonful of nut butter
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Hamama Microgreens (Kale, Broccoli or Cabbage recommended)
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • 1-3 drops of pure almond extract (optional)

* To freeze bananas: Peel at desired ripeness, cut into chunks, cover in plastic wrap, place in a freezer-safe bag. Freeze for at least 3 hours up to several months.


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add more milk to make it thinner or add ice (or more frozen banana) to make it thicker.
  4. Enjoy!
