This recipe has super tender lamb, a deeply flavorful broth and hearty veggies that are done just right. Warming and soothing, this lamb stew is perfect for a cold fall or winter day. Ingredients: 2 lb lamb shoulder 1 tsp salt and pepper ¼ cup all purpose flour 1 medium onion, chopped 4 garlic cloves, chopped 1 ½ lbs red potatoes, chopped thick 4-5 medium carrots, chopped thick 2-3 celery stalks, chopped 1 ½ cups red wine 2 cups beef or bone broth 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 2 bay leaves 1 tsp fresh rosemary Garnish: Hamama microgreens Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: In a large bowl, toss your lamb meat in the flour, salt and pepper. Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat and add your lamb meat. Let it brown on both sides for about 3-5 minutes. Once your lamb is done, transfer all of your ingredients to your crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or overnight.
