I love a savory breakfast in the morning, afternoon, or evening!! This super quick meal requires just a few ingredients and comes together in 1…2…3! The unique flavor and texture combinations along with the healthy proteins, fats and grains will leave your taste buds and tummy satisfied for hours!

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
    • I use Chamber’s Creek Artisan Bread that is gluten-free, Vegan, Nut-Free, and Rice Free and has Soaked & Sprouted Whole Grains 👍
  • Ghee, to taste
  • Prepared pesto
    • I used a red pesto made with tomatoes, carrots, cashews, parmesan cheese, garlic, and herbs.
  • Nutritional Yeast, to taste
  • Veggie Burger, bacon, sausage, avocado or your choice of protein
  • 2 soft-scrambled eggs , seasoned to your liking
    • I season with bacon salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper
  • Hamama Microgreens

Instructions:
 

  1. Toast your bread.
  2. In the meantime, scramble (or fry) your eggs and season to your liking.
  3. Spread ghee on each toast half, followed by your pesto and nutritional yeast (or any cheese if you prefer)
  4. Layer on your cooked veggie burger (or choice of protein) and prepared eggs.
  5. Garnish with your Hamama microgreens and voilà!
  6. Enjoy the burst of flavors :D
