This beautiful & healthy fennel and orange salad has only 5 ingredients and is so simple to make! The fennel creates a wonderful crunchy texture and the oranges provide a burst of delicious juiciness with each bite. Simply drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper and top with your favorite Hamama microgreens for the perfect quick salad.


  • 1 fennel bulb, sliced finely
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced into chunks
  • ½ cup Hamama microgreens, best with a mild variety like kale
  • 2 tbsp fennel fronds, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Add the orange slices and fennel into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the top and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add in your favorite Hamama microgreens, fennel fronds and serve!
