Garlic Greens Chimichurri Sauce

This flavorful chimichurri sauce is packed with garlicky, fresh & herbaceous flavors! Cilantro, parsley, oregano, garlic greens and white wine bring this perfect green sauce together. It’s best served fresh, drizzled over your favorite protein or meal of choice. 


  • 8-10 garlic greens, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded (use half if you don’t want it too soicy)
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro or cilantro microgreens, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper


  1. Toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan for about a minute, stirring until fragrant. Set aside once done.
  2. Take the cumin seeds, fresh oregano, parsley, cilantro, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to your food processor and blend until smooth.
