Make this meal on a weekday when you are busy and don’t have much time to cook, or make it for friends and family any night. It’s flavorful, filling and definitely a crowd-pleaser!!

  • 16 oz angel hair pasta
  • 4 large heirloom tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 large garlic cloves
  • 6 large fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp braggs amino acids
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

  1. Place your tomatoes, basil, garlic, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add your tomato sauce to a medium pot on medium high heat and add in your heavy cream, maple syrup, braggs amino acids, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese and stir occasionally while it simmers for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat when done.
  3. While your sauce is simmering, boil a pot of water and add in your angel hair pasta. Cook about 3-5 minutes. When your pasta is cooked, drain and set aside.
  4. Assemble the cooked pasta onto your plate and pour the tomato sauce over it. Garnish with extra parmesan cheese, microgreens and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
