Dig into this delicious, mouth watering pulled pork sandwich! There is nothing better than a good pork shoulder roasted "low and slow." Though the slow-cooking may take time, it’s 100% worth the wait! Add on some tasty toppings like bread-and-butter pickles, tangy coleslaw, sweet & smoky BBQ sauce and Hamama wasabi mustard microgreens for the most delicious flavor combinations!
*This recipe will need to be made in the morning if you want it in time for dinner! You can also prepare this recipe in your oven. Wrap the pork in foil to hold in moisture and cook at 215-225 degrees F for about 4-6 hours or until done, depending on the size of your pork butt or shoulder. Note that this cooking time is for a 4-pound Boston butt pork shoulder. A general rule on barbecued pork is to cook it at about 215°F to 225°F for 90 minutes per pound.
