Tis the season to be healthy! Why not make a meal that people will enjoy and feel good about after!? This immune boosting soup has great flavor and is made with the best ingredients to be sure your health is in tip-top shape. Add some fresh cilantro and garlic greens to top it off and make it the best soup ever!

Ingredients:
 

  • 2 sweet potatoes, chopped
  • 6 large carrots, chopped
  • 1 head of celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 inch piece of ginger root, chopped
  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 1 tsp turmeric, ground
  • 1 tbsp Hamama extra virgin olive oil

Garnish:

 

Instructions:

  1. Add your oil to a medium to large soup pot and place on medium-high heat. Add in your onion, garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant and sauteed.

2. Next, add in the celery and cook for about 2 minutes and then the sweet potatoes and carrots for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Next, fill the pot halfway with water and boil until the vegetables are tender.

4. Add the bone broth and turmeric next and cook for another few minutes.

5. Turn the heat to low (or turn off) and blend with your immersion blender or regular blender.

6. Lastly, serve in a bowl and garnish with fresh garlic greens, microgreens, cilantro, salt and pepper and a splash of Braggs Amino Acids! :D
