I always crave the “House Salad” you get at sushi restaurants. Not just because of the healthy greens but also because of the dressing! It’s nice to bring your favorite restaurant side dish to your home!! :D

Ingredients:

Mixed Salad Greens

Cilantro

Microgreens

Chickpeas

Onion

Beet

Dressing:

7 Ounces Carrots

1 Yellow Onion

2 Tbsp Fresh Ginger

1 Tbsp Cane Sugar

¼ Cup Braggs or Soy Sauce

¼ Cup Rice Vinegar

¼ Tsp Salt

Instructions:

  1. Get out your ingredients for the Japanese Carrot and Ginger Dressing and chop up the carrots, onion and ginger into medium chunks. Add the ingredients into your blender, including the cane sugar, braggs, rice vinegar and salt and blend until smooth. Once blended, put in a container and store in the fridge until ready to use.
  2. Take out your salad ingredients next and chop up the vegetables to your liking. Cut up the cilantro, harvest some microgreens and place in your bowl.
  3. Mix your dressing in with the salad and enjoy!
