This lemony-basil vinaigrette comes together so easily and quickly and its uses are endless! Its bright and herbaceous flavors compliment just about any salad you could think of, but I especially love to drizzle it on quinoa or pasta salads as the flavors are subtly reminiscent of freshly prepared pesto. You can also use it as a sauce for veggies, rice or proteins, cuz the saucier, the better :) Bonus - It’s super healthy for you!
