If you’re looking for the gem of the ball, you have found it! So beautiful, so elegant and so tasty!!! Enjoy as a side with your meal or just as is. This beauty won’t disappoint!

With all the fresh summer produce in season during the summer I love making simple but flavorful salads! I’ve also enjoyed adding micro greens to all the things especially salads where they add some spice and added texture. This refreshing summer salad is great on its own but also makes a wonderful side to grilled meat or seafood. “ -Julia

  • 4 cups of little gem lettuce or baby romaine
  • 1/2 cup microgreens
  • 1 small zucchini shaved length wise

  • 2 tablespoons of champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil + 1 tablespoon for walnuts
  • Flaky salt and freshly ground pepper
