Author: Jenny (Real Food by Two Moms) Prep: 10 minCook: 30 min Makes: 8 servings So here it is. Avocado and Sprout Gluten-Free Brownies!! Not only are they delicious, incredibly kid-approved, healthy and gluten-free but they are also so easy. My favorite recipes and the ones I make the most are those I can throw every ingredient into a blender and voila. No over mixing bs, mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients, lots of bowls and too much stuff to wash. Sure, yes I still make those recipes but I for sure opt for the ones that have 1 single direction. Ingredients: - 1 avocado- 1 cup or Seed Quilt of microgreens- 2 eggs- 1/2 cup almond flour- 1/3 cup coconut or brown sugar- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup- 3 tablespoons butter (softened) or coconut oil- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract- 1/2 cup cocoa powder- 1 tsp baking soda- 1/2 tsp salt- 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Instructions: Preheat the over to 350 F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend. Pour the brownie mixture into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Once cooled, cut into squares and prepare for bliss!
