Microgreen Salsa

Recipe: Microgreen Salsa

I love a good, easy salsa! This one is as simple as it can get, but is bursting with fresh flavor and the added nutrition of microgreens. Enjoy this any day of the week or impress your friends and family at your next gathering.


  • 28 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
  • Handful of Microgreens 
  • 1- 2 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno, deseeded 
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1.4 Tsp Salt
  • 1-2 Tsp Cumin (optional)
  • Chips for dipping 


  1. Add all of your ingredients into a Food Processor and blend to the consistency of your choice whether fine or chunky.
  2. If you want your salsa less hot you can dilute with more tomatoes and lime juice. If you want it hotter you can add in more jalapenos and cumin for a good kick.
  3. Get out a dish and your chips and serve! (if you want it cooler, place in the fridge before serving)
