What’s not to love about smoothie bowls?! They are beautiful, refreshing, sweet, and nutritious! Our red cabbage microgreens have a subtly sweet taste that pairs perfectly with berries, banana and coconut. With a flavor between chocolate and wild berries and a creamy, rich texture, acai powder is a delicious addition to your smoothie bowls! This bowl is loaded with fiber, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids
½ Cup of Hamama Refreshing Cabbage Microgreens
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen red berries (I used frozen cherries & raspberries)
4 TBS of acai powder (You can use about 1 cup of frozen unsweetened Acai found at your local supermarket, you will just need more liquid).
3/4 cup almond or coconut milk (More or less to achieve creamy consistency)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (substitute with dairy-free yogurt or more milk if preferred)
