Refreshing Cabbage-Peach smoothie recipe!! I had this as a little midday snack, but I think this will make a great breakfast too :D Warning - this is pretty cabbage-y lol, so if you want to start with half the amount of cabbage microgreens OR add a second date it might help even that flavor out. A second date could be dangerous if you know what I mean though hehe


Ingredients:

 

 

- 1.5 cups coconut milk
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/4 Seed Quilt of cabbage microgreens
- 1 date

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Remove pit from the date.
  2. Blend ingredients, pour, and enjoy! 😋😁
