Looking for the perfect salad to pair with your meal? Simple doesn’t have to be boring or low on flavor! This refreshing summer salad is light and delicious, plus it makes the perfect pairing with your favorite seafood entree - I went for stuffed clams, but any seafood complements this flavorful salad featuring Hamama’s new Rainbow Radish Microgreens and our new Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar!
1. Begin your salad by layering the arugula on the bottom of the bowl, add in the sliced persian cucumbers and red onion.
2. Sprinkle on as many beautiful Rainbow Radish Microgreens as your heart desires and top with pepitas, feta cheese and a good drizzling of Hamama’s newest product - our Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Barrel-Aged Balsamic Vinegar! #drool!
