Ingredients:
Crispy Rice:
- 1Β½ cup short grain sushi rice
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 cup coconut oil

Spicy Shrimp Salad:
- ΒΎ pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined and finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ΒΌ cup green onions, chopped
- ΒΌ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 tbsp jalapeΓ±o, chopped
- 1 tbsp Braggs Amino Acids or soy sauce

- 1 avocado, sliced into pieces
- Hamama microgreens (I recommend wasabi mustard or spicy radish)
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced and deseeded
- Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp eel sauce and Braggs Amino Acids (or soy sauce) for dipping
