  • 3 Large green apples (or green pear / kiwi)
  • 2-3 cups fresh kale
  • Bunch of fresh spinach
  • Bunch of fresh parsley
  • 2-3 English cucumbers
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 4-5 lemons
  • 1 lb celery
  • ½ fresh pineapple
  • 1 Sweet Wheatgrass Seed Quilt
  • 1 Culinary Cilantro Seed Quilt (Can sub kale)
  • 1 nob fresh ginger (I use about the size of the palm of my hand)
  • ½ jalapeno (seeded) optional

  1. Wash all of the ingredients.

  2. Cut your fruits and veggies into smaller pieces that fit inside the juicer chute if needed. Remove skin from pineapple, lemon &  ginger.

  3. Juice everything, alternating harder and softer textured pieces to aid in the juicing process.

  4. Taste and adjust ingredients to your liking! (i.e. more lemon for tartness, fruit for sweetness, ginger for a zip, etc).

  5. Drink immediately for the highest nutritional value! Leftovers can be stored in a mason jar in the fridge but should be consumed within 2-3 days (otherwise you can freeze it in ice cube trays f for adding to smoothies!)
