Superfood Pomegranate-Berry Smoothie

My favorite thing about smoothies is that they are so versatile! You can use whatever fresh, seasonal ingredients you have on hand and you can sneak in lots of healthy goodies without altering the flavor (like some mighty microgreens!)


Did you Know.....Cabbage microgreens:

-Are rich in carotenoids, phenolics, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins.

-Are high in Calcium and Vitamin C.

-Help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol.


    • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
    • Arils from 1/2 pomegranate [or 1/4 cup pom juice]
    • 1 cup mixed berries [blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries]
    • ½ banana, frozen
    • A handful of cabbage microgreens (can also use broccoli or kale)
    • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
    • Optional: 1/4 cup hemp hearts

*Optional: 1 tbsp coconut butter


  1. Blend all ingredients together until thick and creamy. Garnish with extra pomegranate arils if desired.
  2. ENJOY!

*Tip: If you freeze some of the fruit beforehand, you will get an even thicker consistency!
