Unleash your superpowers with this superfood wheatgrass pudding! This creamy green goodness contains tons of fiber and healthy fats, is easy to make and will keep you satiated for hours. Flavor with delicious raw honey or maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon & top it off with your favorite fruits, nuts, granola and coconut butter.

* No juicer? Make your wheatgrass into a superfood powder! Wheatgrass powder can be mixed into your normal chia pudding recipe to get the same results.

  • 1 Sweet Wheatgrass Seed Quilt, juiced (or dried into a powder)
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • Honey or Maple Syrup, to taste (about 1 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (can sub ½ tsp almond extract)
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Toppings: Granola, nuts, fruit, Greek yogurt, coconut butter…the possibilities are endless!


  1. Juice your wheatgrass or make it into wheatgrass powder.
  2. To a mason jar or glass tupperware, add all of your ingredients (minus your toppings). Stir well to combine. Wait 5 minutes then stir again (or shake the jar).
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight!
  4. Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, coconut butter or nuts!
  5. This pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days so feel free to double the recipe!
