Prep: 30 minutesCook: 15 minutes Makes: 4 servings After jumping on the avocado toast train late, I finally perfected the ultimate layers to make the best avocado toast. My favorite greens to top off are probably daikon and broccoli! Ingredients: - Toast (sprouted, sourdough or a fresh loaf from a local bakery)- Homemade ghee- Cashew cheese- Karen's special salt (a blend of nutritional yeast, gomasio and everything bagel seasoning)- Ripe avocado- English cucumber- Hamama microgreens (Spicy Daikon Radish pictured) Instructions: Toast your bread. I like it a bit crisp as it’s fun to bite in. Layer the warm toast with ghee. Spread a layer of cashew cheese. Sprinkle the salt. Add a good thick layer of fresh and ripened avocado. Sprinkle another layer of salt. Add a few slices of cucumber. Sprinkle a tad bit more salt. Top off the delicious toast with Hamama microgreens! [Recipe created by Karen K. Wang!]
