  • 5 pounds carrots
  • 5 ounces fresh ginger, more or less to taste (I use a nob that’s a little bigger than the palm of my hand!)
  • ½ pineapple (more if you want it sweeter)
  • 3-4 lemons
  • 2 navel oranges
  • 1 Sweet Wheatgrass Seed Quilt (Cilantro Microgreens would be delicious as well!)

  1. Scrub your carrots well.
  2. Remove skin from pineapple and cut into large chunks that will fit into your juicer chute.
  3. Peel your ginger and leave into larger chunks that can fit into your juicer chute.
  4. Remove the skin from your lemons and oranges.
  5. Harvest your wheatgrass from the Seed Quilt.
  6. Feed your ingredients through the chute of your juicer, alternating harder and softer textured pieces to aid in the juicing process.
  7. Taste and adjust ingredients to your liking! (i.e. more lemon for tartness, fruit for sweetness, ginger for a zip, etc).
  8. Drink immediately for the highest concentration of nutrients and vitamins!  Leftovers can be stored in a mason jar in the fridge but should be consumed within 2-3 days (otherwise you can freeze it in ice cube trays f for adding to smoothies.
