2. Next you will want to julienne the carrots, cabbage, cucumber, red bell pepper and cabbage. Take the rest of your herbs and veggies and chop them as well. Set aside once you are done.
Β 3. Get out your Tempeh next and cut into slices. Take a small pan and turn to medium high heat. Add a little oil to the pan and add your Tempeh. Let it cook for about 5 minutes or until crispy and then flip it over to do the same on the other side.
4. Once your Tempeh is ready, you can sprinkle a little salt on them or a spice you may like and set aside to cool.
5. Take your Thai Peanut Sauce ingredients and combine together until nice and smooth. If needed you can add a little more orange juice in or any others you want. This is super tasty! You can also add some Hamama Green Onions as well.
6. When you have everything ready to go, you can take one of your chard leaves and add a little of each ingredient inside neatly. Fold in the edges of the chard and roll tightly. Repeat with the rest of your chard leaves and filling.
7. When everything is ready to go, you can add a chard wrap to your plate and either drizzle the Thai Peanut Sauce on top or dip it in. So so good, enjoy! :D
