Flavor: Lovely mix of sweet, mild, and subtly peppery (arugula) greens. Our Super Salad Mix includes broccoli, kale, arugula, kohlrabi, cauliflower, and cabbage.

Appearance: This micro mix has slightly varying heights & colors due to the different varieties. Beautiful mix of purple and greens!
