Everybody loves a good dip, right?! This basil cream sauce is so delicious and its uses are endless! You should definitely give this one a try…It takes virtually no time to make, it adds a beautiful flavor to any dish and it stores well in your fridge!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup bold basil microgreens
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 1 cup coconut cream, or heavy cream
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, or to your consistency

Instructions:
 

  1. Place all of your ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth or to you desired consistency, adding in more olive oil or cream if needed.
  3. Enjoy with any meal and definitely try it with our delicious Crispy Refried Black Bean Tacos!
