Looking for a delicious and easy dinner solution? Look no further! Get your green on and keep broccin’ the holidays with this super easy, one pan vegan dinner featuring Hamama Hearty Broccoli Microgreens! 🥦

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups vegan crumbles
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tbsp coconut aminos
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare broccoli and cut into florets
  2. Add about 2 inches of water to a pot over high heat until boiling
  3. Add broccoli florets and cover with lid, cooking about 4 minutes
  4. Strain broccoli
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil
  6. Add vegan crumbles and cook until thoroughly heated
  7. Add broccoli florets, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and coconut aminos
  8. Stir fry about 3 to 4 minutes
  9. Remove from heat and top with salt & pepper to taste
  10. Garnish with Hamama’s Hearty Broccoli microgreens
