I added in your basic Pico de Gallo ingredients, but vamped it up with radishes and the best ever Hamama Microgreens. This has a bit of a kick to it, so adding a little sweetener lets it really set in and taste amazing! Eat this with chips or over anything you’d like. It’s the perfect side, snack, or meal topper! Ingredients: 1 cup of Radishes (chopped) 1 small/medium Red Onion (chopped thin) 4 Green Onions (chopped) 1 small handful of each Radish Sampler Microgreen (if too spicy, do less) ½ Tsp Salt 2 Tbsp Lime Juice 1 Cup Cilantro (chopped) ½ Jalapeno (chopped, optional) 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup Instructions: In a bowl, mix all your chopped ingredients and adjust seasoning as needed. 2.
