Rainbow Radish Pico de Gallo

Recipe: Rainbow Radish Pico de Gallo

Makes: 4-8Serving


  • 1 cup of Radishes (chopped)
  • 1 small/medium Red Onion (chopped thin)
  • 4 Green Onions (chopped)
  • 1 small handful of each Radish Sampler Microgreen (if too spicy, do less)
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • ½ Jalapeno (chopped, optional)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup


  1. In a bowl, mix all your chopped ingredients and adjust seasoning as needed.

2. Once all is combined, you can place in the refrigerator until cool and serve when ready with chips or anything else you might like to add to it! :D

(note: if you feel it is too spicy, let it sit overnight so the juices get flowing. It helps the heat cool down)
