Fenugreek microgreens can be used fresh or dried & are typically used in Indian dishes. A pinch of dried fenugreek leaves in a curry or dal will add a perfect fragrant touch.

Flavor: Uniquely bitter, spicy & nutty. They smell like maple syrup!
Appearance: Visually a little different than other microgreens. They have bigger stems and leaves & are slightly yellow in color. Hulls of seeds remain intact while growing and provide a slight crunch unless removed.
Nutritional Highlight: Fenugreek has been used in a number of geographical regions worldwide as a galactogogue to increase milk supply in nursing mothers.⁸
Fun fact: Sotolon is the chemical responsible for the distinctive maple syrup smell of fenugreek!⁸
