Especially great in Asian & Southern cuisines - (think sushi, spring rolls, stir fry, or traditional mustard-green dishes), but can be added to anything for a spicy kick, like a burger or baked potato!!

Grow Time: 10 Days

Flavor: Bold, spicy, horseradish/ wasabi flavor. Starts off mild like kale and ends with a kick (don’t worry, it doesn’t linger). The spiciness stimulates the nose more than the tongue. Our red garnet or wasabi varieties are not true wasabi plants.

Appearance: These micros have pale green stems with bright green heart-shaped leaves. Aww 💚
