I find myself adding my broccoli microgreens to pretty much everything… on top of my kale & quinoa burgers, adding them to salads of course, and even just munching on them for a quick and healthy snack.
I’ve been including more protein in my diet recently and I’m ALL about the easiest and simplest method when cooking - (i.e. I’m not a chef!). I prefer to save time and make things convenient, what can I say?! 🤷♀️
