Hi Hamama Friends!

You already know that our microgreens are super nutritious and are a delicious addition to salads, sandwiches, and smoothies - but did you know that you can eat your microgreens in so many other fun and interesting ways? We’re talking baked goods, drinks & even desserts! Challenge accepted to incorporate these superfood microgreens into almost any meal in your diet!

These muffins are not only super easy to make, but they are also incredibly delicious (and healthy too)! To give these muffins a special Hamama kick, we added in some wasabi-mustard microgreens, but you can use whatever variety you’d like! These are the perfect accompaniment to soups & chilis and are fantastic just by themselves.

Talk about a unique treat!! This recipe is a perfect way to sneak in a few healthy greens into a chewy fruity snack for your family. You can change up the ingredients and flavors of your fruit roll-up. We recommend using a mild-tasting microgreen like kale or cabbage so as to not disrupt the other flavors too much.

Minty Spring Rolls

Unleash your superpowers with this superfood wheatgrass pudding! This creamy green goodness contains tons of fiber and healthy fats, is easy to make, and will keep you satiated for hours.
