Hi Hamama Friends! 

We are getting into the Thanksgiving spirit big time here at Hamama! We wanted to share some of our favorite Thanksgiving dishes using Hamama microgreens with you - From appetizers, salads, sides, and even dessert, we have you covered!


1. Camille: Radicchio Clover Salad Bowls

2. Carolyn: Mini Vegan Green Bean Casserole Bites

3. Allie: Pear & Pecan Sharing Salad

This lovely pear and pecan salad will easily become a favorite Autumn recipe! It’s a lovely mix of fresh mixed greens, sweet pears, toasted nuts, salty feta cheese, and crunchy celery and apple. A perfect sharing salad to compliment any meal!

Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Pomegranate

This is such a simple yet beautiful and delicious holiday side dish to share with loved ones! These brussels sprouts are roasted in the oven with smoky and salty bacon, then are tossed in a sweet and tangy vinaigrette. This is sure to become a favorite Holiday side dish!

5. Elle: Low Carb Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

This cheesy cauliflower casserole is the perfect side dish for your Thanksgiving feast! This creamy dish also makes a great swap for mashed potatoes if you’re doing low-carb! Top with your very own homegrown green onions!


6. Maura: Autumn Butternut Squash Soup

A smooth and simple soup for your holiday taste buds! This warm butternut soup is definitely a crowd-pleaser.

7. Brittany: Collard Greens

There is nothing like snuggling up under a blanket with a nice warm bowl of collard greens and a piece of hot-water cornbread. Collard greens represent family, fun and celebrations.
