This cheesy cauliflower casserole is the perfect side dish for your Thanksgiving feast! This creamy dish also makes a great swap for mashed potatoes if you’re doing low-carb! Top with your very own homegrown green onions!

6. Maura: Autumn Butternut Squash Soup

A smooth and simple soup for your holiday taste buds! This warm butternut soup is definitely a crowd-pleaser.

7. Brittany: Collard Greens

There is nothing like snuggling up under a blanket with a nice warm bowl of collard greens and a piece of hot-water cornbread. Collard greens represent family, fun and celebrations.
